活动目的

为提升我校英语教研组的教学水平,发挥集体的智慧,在思维的碰撞中产生更多的火花,帮助教师加深对教材的分析理解,拓展教学思路萃聚集体智慧,通过相互借鉴,相互启发,相互互惠,相得益彰,优化教学方案,,增强课堂效果,提高教学质量

【活动报道】

南京市文靖东路小学第三次英语教研活动

513日上午,文靖东路小学第四次英语教研组教研活动如期进行,本次活动由教研组长秦小玮老师带来5B《Unit8 Birthdays》。

课前,秦老师和同学们通过Free Talk进行热身并相互了解,接下来是一个生动有趣的迪士尼动画,引出本课的课题Birthdays,并将大家一下带入了本课内容的学习。接下来,通过环环相扣,循循善诱的问题提问,秦老师带同学们从Whose,When ,Activities,How feel几个角度,对课文进行了解析,同时,以蛋糕为框架,一步步生成了板书,这样的板书让整篇课文的内容一目了然的,又富有生动性和美观性。在读完课文后,同学们根据板书上的课文脉络,复述了课文,最后是输出环节,根据今日所学,同学们讨论了自己的生日和朋友们的生日,真正的学以致用了。在最后的环节,秦老师带同学们分享了世界各地不同的过生日方式,开阔了同学们的眼界,让同学们情感得以升华。

课后,我组成员就这堂课进行了研讨与延伸,一致肯定了老师清晰的教学思路,良好的语言素养,精彩的教学环节。同时,组内老师也对本课的细节提出了各自的想法和建议,以求课堂的不断优化与完善,力求打造出完美的课堂。

3. 能初步感知序数词的构成和用法。

1. 学生能够阅读并理解故事

2. 学生能够在理解的基础上有感情地朗读并合作表演故事

·情感目标:

让学生体会到阅读故事的乐趣,培养学生阅读的兴趣。

四、Teaching procedures  教学过程

Step 1 Lead-in

  1. Free talk

Good morning.

How are you?

TIm your new teacher today. Im Vicky.(出示PPTCan you say something about me?

S1:You like reading. S2:You like bananas.S3:You like watching films.

T:Do you like watching films? S:Yes,I do.

T:Ok,Lets watch a film now.

2.Watch a film

Q:Whats the film about?

S: It’s about Happy birthday.

3.Brain storm

 Q:What do you know about birthday?

S1: Noodles.

S2: Birthday cakes.

S3: A big dinner.

S4: Presents.

S5: Party.

T: I think you always have a good time on your birthday .And today we will discuss Unit 8 Birthdays.

【设计意图:通过头脑风暴,讨论由birthday想到什么,用已有的知识唤起学生对生日的记忆培养学生的发散思维能力通过讨论,自然揭题。

Step 2 presentation

1.T:(出示ppt.)Were talking about birthdays,so do they. Who are they?

S:They are Miss Li,Su Hai,Wang Bing,Mike,Liu Tao and Yang Ling.

Q:Whose birthdays are they talking about?

S: Su Hai and Mike.(板书)

3.Listen and fill

T: Listen to the tape and answer the questions:

(1) When’s Su Hai’s birthday?

(2) When’s Mike’s birthday?

(S听录音并尝试回答)

S1: Su Hai’s birthday is on the 11th of May

S2: Mike’s birthday is on the 8th of April

(学生回答,老师板书并教授:11th8th)

3.Read and underline

T: Just now, we know the date of their birthdays. But what do they do on their birthdays? And how do they feel?This time, let’s read the story and underline the key words.

Step 3 Reading time

1. Listen and repeat

T: Now, children, let’s follow the tape, and try to imitate the pronunciation and intonation. OK?

S: OK. (学生跟录音模仿课文语音语调)

2. Read by yourself

T: This time, two students a group, you can choose one which you like to read.

(1) Read in roles

(2) Read after one

(3) Read together

(学生自主选择并朗读)

4. Ask and answer

T: Good job! Do you remember the whole story now?

5. Let’s retell

(1) 教师带领学生根据板书复述课文。

(2) 小组复述。可选择复述自己喜欢的人物。

Step 4 Extension

1. T: Do you want to have a birthday?Our school is going to hold a group birthday party for all of you.Are you excited?But before that,we should make some preparation.First of all, we should know your birthdays about your classmates.

A. 互相采访(一个人是记者,采访其他人。)

Step 5 Lets enjoy

T:We all have our birthdays. But in different countries we have different customs.Lets enjoy .(PPT出示世界各个国家不同的过生日的习惯)

【设计意图:通过欣赏不同国家过生日的不同习俗,开拓眼界,培养国际意识。

Homework  家庭作业
